Are kayaks included?
Yes. Two kayaks are available for registered guests. Guests are responsible for following the provided safety and use instructions.

Fishing is available from the private waterfront area. Guests should follow all current Florida licensing and seasonal regulations.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. The property supports keypad self check-in.

Can guests see dolphins from the vacation home?
They can, and dolphins are seen regularly in this stretch of Crystal River. Because they are wild animals, no sighting can be promised. The waterfront and dock area provide excellent places to watch the river without pursuing or disturbing them.
How should we watch wild dolphins?
NOAA recommends observing wild dolphins from at least 50 yards away. Do not feed, touch, chase or swim with them. If dolphins approach while you are boating or kayaking, maintain a predictable course and allow them to choose the distance.
